My client’s recruiting team had amassed a wealth of onboarding content over the years, and they needed to organize it in a way that was easily accessible to users, but that could also be updated when needed. They also needed a compliance training that instructed hiring staff on the legality of hiring.
We decided to house all of the content inside a virtual “Playbook” complete with a Table of Contents and Chapters so users could browse through the content at their own pace. In total the playbook contained twenty-five pieces of content, including one-sheet quick guides and software walkthroughs. I recreated all twenty-five pieces of content inside of the Playbook so that it had a consistent look and feel. I also created pdfs of all the content so that users could download them from within the training.
To kick-off the compliance portion of the training, I developed an animated explainer video. I also added knowledge checks and interactions throughout the training.
